Pattern
First, need to have your design. It can be a sketch, a picture of a sample you created, or an actual sample you already have but want to modify. Basically, anything that can give us a detailed idea how what the sample should be like. We do work from a sketch, but please be very specific so we can understand your purpose better.
Sample
Our sample technicians have made various types and styles of suits and dresses in the high-end garment industry for over thirty years. They provide the best finish sewing based on the designers’ and pattern markets’ intentions and communicate with them closely. Our technicians have extensive knowledge and know-how in manufacturing garments with luxurious sewing, increasing the value. They also have the ability to handle complicated fabrics, materials, and trims.

Grading
We grade your pattern to other sizes you need for production.
Marking
After grading all sizes you need for a production, you will figure out what ratio of sizes you would want to produce. Tell us the ratio and width of fabric you will be cutting, then we will put all patterns into this long paper that will guide cutters to cut rolls of fabric. We try hard to figure out to save every yard of the fabric.
